Indemnity Clause

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Brahmin Vivah, its parent company, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of and access to our platform.
• Your violation of any term of these Terms of Service.
• Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right.
• Any claim that your content caused damage to a third party.

Brahmin Vivah acts as an intermediary platform. We do not perform background checks on every member (unless explicitly stated as 'Verified' via documentation) and do not guarantee the accuracy of information provided by users. You interact with other users at your own risk.

In the event of any claim, you agree to cooperate fully with us in the defense of any such claim. We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you.
