User Verification Policy

Trust is the cornerstone of Brahmin Vivah. We implement a multi-step verification process to screen profiles and minimize the risk of fake accounts.

All users must verify their mobile number via a One-Time Password (OTP) during registration. This ensures that every account is linked to a valid, reachable phone number.

We encourage users to submit government-issued ID proofs (such as Aadhar, Passport, or Driver's License) to verify their identity.

• Verified profiles receive a trusted 'Verified Badge' visible to other users.
• ID documents are used solely for verification and are not shared publicly.
• Profiles with verified badges receive higher visibility and trust scores.

We may request users to upload a selfie to match against their profile photos. This helps prevent catfish accounts and ensures the person operating the account is genuine.
