Refund & Cancellation Policy

Brahmin Vivah offers premium membership plans that unlock exclusive features such as contacting other members, viewing contact numbers, and enhanced visibility.

Generally, payments made for premium memberships are non-refundable. However, we may consider refund requests under specific circumstances:

• Double Payment: If you were charged twice for the same transaction.
• Technical Error: If a technical glitch prevented your account from being upgraded after payment.

Refunds will NOT be processed in the following cases:

• If you delete your account or are suspended for violating terms.
• If you find a match and no longer need the service.
• If you simply change your mind after purchasing.

You can cancel your subscription renewal at any time through your account settings. Your benefits will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
